Job Description:
* Recruitment & Talent Management
o Drive the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent
o Coordinate engaging onboarding programs to welcome new team members
* Employee Relations
o Be the go-to contact for day-to-day HR queries and support
o Help foster a positive, respectful work environment through conflict resolution and employee engagement
o Assist in disciplinary and grievance procedures with empathy and professionalism
* HR Operations & Compliance
o Ensure HR policies align with the latest legislation and best practices
o Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems
o Monitor and manage employee leave, absences, and entitlements
Requirements:
A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is an advantage. At least 3 years HR administration or generalist experience. Previous exposure to a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
