We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Compliance Operations Quality & Enablement Analyst to audit Complaints cases (Formal, Regulatory & Litigation) and KYC-related activity. The role requires close collaboration with CX and Compliance teams to identify process gaps, develop metrics, and provide actionable insights.
What you’ll be doing
* Complete weekly audit allocations in line with existing procedures and grading standards
* Provide a detailed overview of the errors identified in audits
* Root cause analysis and deep‑dive into operational procedures to discover opportunities, themes, and knowledge gaps
* Identify process gaps and work with stakeholders in CX and Compliance to improve procedures; provide regular QA insights, recommendations, and feedback to Client Service Management
* Collaborate with Data Analytics, Operations, Financial Crime Compliance, and L&D to launch or improve processes and workflow
* Implement and enhance QA rubrics and frameworks
* Use metrics to drive data‑driven recommendations
* Continuously add value through effective impact analysis, prioritization, project management, and efficient execution of projects
What we look for in you
* 4+ years of experience in Complaints support, Quality Assurance, or Compliance Testing across financial services/products
* Experience working across multiple systems and programs (e.g., Complaints, KYC, AML, TMS, sanctions)
* Track record of delivering high‑quality work on budget and time
* Experience assisting with, developing, and producing metrics and reporting
* Strong written and verbal communication, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills
* Highly motivated, analytical, organized, innovative, and adaptive
* Multi‑tasking ability, team‑oriented, and self‑starter
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with global partners
* Exceptional work ethic and willingness to work extended hours when necessary
* Ability to work with limited direction from management in dynamic situations
* Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets
Nice to haves
* Experience at a crypto exchange or in financial services (payments, trading operations, technical support)
* Experience in project management, analytics, or quality assurance
* Advanced degree in business, finance, or law
* Advanced understanding of Google Apps, JIRA, and Salesforce Service Cloud
