Responsibilities: Driving site safety through toolbox talks, inspections, and compliance with plant and material standards.
Managing QA of mechanical works, including inspections, snagging, and sign-off to required standards.
Planning and coordinating works using lookahead programmes, labour control, and trade coordination.
Monitoring progress, quality, and subcontractor performance, reporting issues early.
Identifying and escalating risks, delays, and variations to support smooth project delivery.
Requirements: A relevant Mechanical Degree or Trade qualification.
4+ Years experience in a similar role.
Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
Experience leading MEP Teams.
IT Skills - Microsoft Office Packages.
Ability to work to strict deadlines.
