As a vital Office Support professional, you will play a key role in the smooth functioning of our office and project operations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver administrative support to commercial and delivery teams
* Manage expenses, maintain petty cash, and oversee office finances
* Raise purchase orders, process goods received notes, and update cash flow spreadsheets
* Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the UK-based team

Requirements:

* A minimum of senior administrative experience or similar roles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This role is based in County Down and involves working with top construction companies across the UK to deliver complex steel fabrication services.
