What Youll Do
Develop, update, and optimize packaging operations documentation (e.g., PBRs, SOPs, OJT materials) by collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying tools such as Value Stream Mapping and gap analysis.
Prepare and manage risk assessments, change controls, and periodic reviews for the department by working with teams on the shop floor to understand the process and complete associated documentation for approval
Contribute to new packaging projects by creating high-quality documentation that meets regulatory and operational standards by working closely with maintenance, Engineering, Validation and Operations
Co-ordinate with Packaging Trainers, Operations and Quality for go-live of new/updated documents to ensure a compliant and smooth execution of Packaging processess in shop floor · Participate in key meetings (e.g., CAPA, Change Control) to ensure timely completion of KPIs and compliance requirements for the Packaging department
Generate reports and provide data as requested by management.
Proactively upskill through training and education as required by the organization.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
What Youll Bring
At least 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing role or similar
Competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel ·
Knowledge in Value stream mapping
Technical writing certified
Good organizational skills
Flexibility
Results orientated
Minimum of Third level education ·
