We are recruiting a Commercial Director for a well-established, market-leading manufacturing and solutions business operating within the construction and infrastructure supply chain.
This is a
critical executive leadership role
with full responsibility for the end-to-end commercial performance of the business.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping future direction, delivering sustainable growth, and strengthening market positioning.
The Role
As Commercial Director, you will design and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the organisation's long-term objectives.
You will lead and develop a high-performing commercial function while working closely with senior stakeholders across operations, finance, and growth teams to ensure full strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and own a clear commercial strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives
Drive year-on-year sustainable revenue growth and enhanced market positioning
Identify and build strategic partnerships that support long-term growth and competitive advantage
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Experience
Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior commercial leadership role (Commercial Director, Chief Commercial Officer, or equivalent)
Proven track record of driving commercial excellence, revenue growth, and market expansion
Experience operating at senior level within a structured, corporate or matrix organisation
Background within manufacturing, construction products, infrastructure, or related sectors preferred
What's on Offer
Base Salary: up to €150,000
Bonus: 20% of base salary
Company Car: Audi A4 or equivalent allowance
