Tobin Electric ltd is looking for a part time bookkeeper/office manager
Candidates will be required to complete the following tasks.
* Preparation of book keeping records including sales and purchases
* Processing of Invoices
* Taking Payments
* Creditors/Debtors/Bank Reconciliations
* Preparing and submission of VAT returns
* PAYE reconciliations
* Preparing and posting month end journal
* Processing payroll
* Invoicing Clients
* Chasing Debtors
* Issuing Statements
* Familiarity with Sage would be an advantage
* Quotations
* Manage Transport Fleet
The ideal candidate:
* At least 2 years' experience in a general account's role
* Previous experience in a bookkeeping/payroll role
* Knowledge of accounting software
* Knowledge of the Irish tax system
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work to and manage deadlines
* Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership on the role
* Excellent organisational and communications skills essential]
* Rate: Based on experience.
