Director of Manufacturing Excellence
The company is a global leader in the healthcare and medical device industry. The manufacturing site plays a key role in driving innovation, efficiency, and product excellence.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Manufacturing Excellence, who will lead and shape the engineering function within our organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process development, product lifecycle management, cost optimisation, and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to develop manufacturability requirements for new products
* Lead engineering innovation projects across internal and external manufacturing sites
* Oversight of process engineering activities to improve compliance, service levels and cost-effectiveness
* Achieve strategic supply chain goals through effective project management skills
No prior knowledge or experience necessary. All training provided by employer but you have 10+ years in similar field ideally within this industry.
