Medtronic is hiring a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist responsible for overseeing and designing support programmes and platforms across the customer journey within Medtronic therapy, in collaboration with stakeholders across Medtronic Diabetes, including teams at Global, regional, and country levels.
The role involves managing key support programs for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region (EMEA) as part of the EMEA Diabetes Patient Marketing Team.
A Day in the Life
• Build and manage a first-in-class Customer Experience that enhances our support programs
• Gather feedback and generate new ideas for opportunities
• Manage relationships with cross-functional, transformation, and country teams
• Design and deploy programs and initiatives on Medtronic diabetes devices
• Develop marketing assets to promote these programs
• Present new materials and initiatives to internal stakeholders and collaborate with external agencies for accuracy
• Optimize and create support programs
• Foster a culture of “Putting Patients First”
Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of marketing experience
• Experience with digital channels
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong project management skills and adaptability
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Experience working in a multicultural and matrix organization
• Hands-on attitude for engaging with teams to improve patient engagement
• High motivation and self-management skills
Nice to Haves
• Fluency in another European language
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Medtronic Diabetes devices
