Job Summary
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior management and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive staff.
* Prepare agendas, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings.
* Coordinate communication with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
* Draft, review, and manage high-level correspondence and reports.
* Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and requests.
* Attend Senior Leadership Team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Organize complex international and domestic travel, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
* Assist in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, and board meetings.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at C-suite level.
* Qualification in Administration.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional demeanor with high levels of confidentiality, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
