Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily food and beverage operations across outlets
Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
Support, train, and motivate F&B team members
Assist with staff scheduling, briefings, and performance monitoring
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Assist in stock control, cost management, and inventory checks
Requirements
Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role
Previous experience in a 4-star or similar standard hotel preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Professional appearance and positive attitude
