Job Description:
This is a retail-focused role, suited to individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries both in-store and over the phone, preparing quotations, processing invoices, managing orders, and ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with product enquiries, pricing, and order updates.
* Prepare accurate quotations and process sales invoices efficiently.
* Manage customer orders from start to finish, including stock checks and coordinating with the dispatch team.
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide informed advice to customers.
* Support the wider sales and retail team with administrative and operational tasks.
* Handle customer complaints or queries in a professional and timely manner.
