Job Title:
Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
* Design mechanical services installations in healthcare, educational and commercial office sectors.
* Manage and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
A minimum of +5 years experience of designing mechanical services installations is required. A degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is also necessary for this role.
A full, clean driving licence and access to own transport are essential requirements for the position.
Preference will be given to candidates who meet the above requirements and are chartered / working towards chartership
