Commercial Project Manager Role
As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of major data centre projects in Dublin and across Europe. Your key responsibilities will include leading procurement activities to meet project timelines and budget targets, implementing and maintaining robust cost management practices, producing accurate commercial reports for internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building and maintaining strong client and supply chain relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead procurement activities to meet project timelines and budget targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline and proven experience with a Main Contractor. Strong commercial, contractual, and financial acumen are essential, as is experience with MEP and data centre projects. Familiarity with various procurement models, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are also required.
