ABOUT THE ROLE
Campaign Management
1. Liaises with client to discuss product/service to be marketed and develops the most appropriate strategy to deliver the objectives;
2. Defines target group and implements strategy through appropriate media planning work;
3. Conceives advertising campaign to impart the desired product image in an effective and economical way;
4. Reviews and revises campaign strategy in light of sales figures, surveys, etc. and takes appropriate corrective measures if necessary;
5. Stays abreast of changes in media, readership or viewing figures and advertising rates;
6. Directs the arranging of conferences, exhibitions, seminars, for clients
New Business Development:
7. Builds a pipeline of opportunities identifying the key client leads to reach
8. Identifies and reach out to potential clients to promote and sell Comms8 integrated Chinese marketing solutions
9. Engages with key client contacts through the personal network, event, trade body, utilising inbound leads, and proactive out-bound engagement
10. Manages and deliver a bespoke proposal for potential client in China & Europe
11. Tracks conversations and report new business development progress to MD on a weekly basis
12. Keeps business up to date with key market and competitive development
13. Develops and improve new business marketing materials and toolkits
14. Attends events and roadshows to promote Comms8
15. Supports the wider team for marketing campaign implementation
Content Production Management
16. Designs digital graphic and animation for promotional materials
17. Films and edits promotional video for campaigns and event
18. Localize and writes marketing content in local languages.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
19. Proven experience in marketing and PR, ideally with over 2 years experience in account management
20. Excellent communications skills.
21. Strong understand of the social media landscape
22. Fluent in English (written & spoken) is a must
23. Strong ability to create a professional press release and social media content in both traditional and simplified Chinese.
24. Experienced in using Google Adword, Tencent Display, Alimama for biddable display activity in multi-markets.
25. Experienced in proactive outbound business development.
26. Eager to learn and demonstrate a high level of curiosity
27. Display "can do" attitude, proactive in seeking solutions
28. Passionate about marketing and branding
