We are currently seeking a General Practice Nurse with two or more years of experience in a GP clinic setting to join our friendly, multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Includes but are not limited too:
* Chronic Disease Management (CDM)
* Phlebotomy
* Family Planning services
* Assistance with Minor Operations
* Cervical Screening
* Childhood & Adult Immunisations
* Dressings and Wound Care
* ECGs and 24-hour BPM monitoring
* Ear Irrigation
* Stock Ordering and Management
* General Practice Nursing Duties
Candidate Requirements:
* Registered with **NMBI** (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a general practice or primary care setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Empathetic, patient-focused approach to care
* Professional, organised and reliable
* Flexible
