As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing technical product knowledge to customers.

2. Support complex enquiries by acting as a key contact for internal and external customers, especially for technical or complex queries.
3. Interpret parts accurately to ensure the correct parts are sourced, quoted, and delivered to meet customer needs.
4. Cross-functional collaboration is essential in working closely with supply chain, warehouse, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
5. Enhance the customer journey by providing regular updates and ensuring customers understand the value of Finning products over competitors.
6. Identify opportunities to analyse technical data to upsell and cross-sell complementary parts and services.
7. Mentor and develop junior team members by sharing your technical expertise to build team capability.
