Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of compelling solutions with a digital orientation to modern ITSM tools and End-to-End Service Management Delivery and pre-sales expertise.
Act as the offering specialist in the solution team covering DXC Offerings & Capabilities across DXC Platform XTM, Enterprise Service Management, Service Integration & Management and ITSM Tool Integrations within pursuits.
Provide technical sales support ensuring integration with overall solution.
Manage deliverables: solution quality, delivery feasibility, risk mitigation, cost financials.
Work closely with UK clients, pursuit teams and leadership teams to define and deliver complex customer solutions spanning DXC's Offering and Capabilities using DXC Platform XTM.
Build and deploy End-to-End Enterprise Service Management solutions in large-scale environments, drive profitable success, identify business opportunities, and build strong working partnerships.
Job duties include
Provide high-level and detailed consultative solutions and technical sales support for selected customer opportunities, translating business requirements into technical requirements.
Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners, and potential clients.
Provide consultative support to other Solution Architects/Leaders and deal teams.
Mentor other Service Line Architects; exhibit leadership and be viewed as a leader by senior management, peers, partners, company, and customers.
Gather product requirements from field and customers, aggregate findings and submit to portfolio/practice for solution refinement.
Drive add-on sales and business opportunities throughout the process to contribute to increased sales volumes.
Qualifications
Technical Skills, Experience, and Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science or equivalent.
Extensive years of systems integration experience.
Several years of solution architect experience.
Extensive expertise in leading customer business discussions and providing technical solutions.
Excellent communication and relational skills – trusted advisor, clear articulation of complex topics.
Proven track record with IT customers.
Extensive knowledge and experience with modern ITSM tools, ITIL and API technologies.
Experience in integrating and proposing 3rd-party suppliers/products, managing customized solutions.
Expertise In:
Digital solutions across enterprises.
ITSM Tooling Software (especially ServiceNow or similar).
Enterprise Service Management solutions.
Service Integrations using API-based policies.
ITIL 4.
UK Public Sector deals.
Familiarity With:
AI(Ops), Intelligent Automation, Lean and Analytics.
Tooling for Discovery, Monitoring and Patching.
Data lakes.
Modern Catalog Management.
ServiceNow, SMAX or Remedy is a plus.
UK Security Clearance:
At least SC
