Senior Occupational Therapist Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and leading interventions for adults with diverse physical, cognitive, and functional needs.
Clinical responsibilities include:
* Providing comprehensive assessments, interventions, and reviews for adult clients
* Conducting home visits to promote independence and rehabilitation
* Delivering interventions focused on maximising independence, functional rehabilitation, falls prevention, cognitive assessment, and environmental adaptation
Requirements:
* CORU-registered Occupational Therapist
* Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Experience in adult primary care, community OT, medical or rehabilitation settings
* Strong knowledge of equipment prescription, assistive technology, and environmental modifications
