About the Role

As a Senior Account Handler, you will be involved in developing processes, ensuring best practice, and giving guidance to less experienced team members.
You will also be responsible for becoming the subject matter expert to offer cover even when circumstances fall slightly outside the standard acceptance criteria.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing processes to ensure efficient workflow
* Giving guidance to less experienced team members
* Becoming the subject matter expert to offer cover for non-standard policies
* Ensuring all transactions are captured on the system with strong attention to detail
Requirements
* APA or CIP qualified or working towards it
* Minimum 3 years insurance experience, either in customer service roles or working on Personal Lines with new business, renewals, and MTAs
* Experience getting cover for non-standard policies
* Strong attention to detail
* Dedicated to furthering your career in insurance, working with underwriters, and becoming the go-to expert in your field
