About the Role
This position involves developing and implementing initiatives that drive employee engagement and foster a strong workplace culture. By leading internal communications, engagement programs, and personal development & well-being initiatives, you will ensure that employees feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their journey with DAA.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a global employee experience strategy for DAA
* Design and implement initiatives that foster a strong workplace culture and enhance the employee experience globally
* Develop and manage internal communication strategies that keep employees informed and engaged
Requirements
* A proven track record of developing and executing impactful communication strategies, including driving employee engagement through internal programmes and campaigns
* Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messages
* Experience working with various internal communication channels and digital tools (social channels, intranet, video platforms, collaboration tools, etc.)
