Job Title: Grade V Administrator Type of Contract: Full Time, Permanent We are currently recruiting for a Clerical Grade V to provide administrative support to the Coolock Children's Disability Network Team and the wider Children's Directorate.
The suitable candidate must demonstrate a commitment to supporting Children and young people with complex needs and their families, in a family centred, community based, socially inclusive manner in accordance with our core values and ethos and underpinned by quality, best practice and research.
The successful candidate must have the following Essential Criteria: Leaving Certificate or FETAC Level 6 Office Administration -essential At least 5 years experience working in a busy administrative environment preferably within the Health Sector Experience using information management systems Excellent IT skills including strong proficiency in MS Word & Excel including use of formulae & PowerPoint Experience developing and maintaining databases and production of associated reportsand return of required metrics Experience creating and managing templates as required Demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and manage own workload and that of others in an effective and methodical manner within strict deadlines, ensuring deadlines are met.
Excellent typing, diary management and minute taking skills An ability to be highly professional, empathetic and confidential in all dealings with staff, families and service users Experience providing support and supervision to staff and allocation of assignments as required Experience and strong working knowledge of GDPR processes and compliance• Be self-motivated and willing to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
Location: The Coolock CDNT are located in the Coolock Primary Care Centre in Coolock D5.
