Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver on the creation and maintenance of in-house tools and the adaptation/integration of third-party tools for use in production.
Manage projects in a structured and professional manner according to Agile methodology and report on the status of the project weekly internally and externally.
Quickly understand the situation and the needs of the business and translate them into viable solutions.
Ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within scope with available resources.
Coordinate, supervise, and act as the strategist for projects from beginning to end.
Role Specifics
Proactively monitor the operational and IT risks for applications within scope, in line with Citi's defined Risk & Control framework.
Liaise with tech leads, internal and external teams to ensure risk commitments are delivered on-time, and articulate to senior management.
Proactively contribute to the improvement of governance structure to strengthen risk and control.
Audit management – liaise with tech leads and internal/external audit teams for successful and on-time audits.
Lead escalations as appropriate within different groups to resolve conflicts.
About the Candidate / Skills / Experience
Good understanding of IT General Controls is key.
The role is quite hands-on; the candidate must be able to wear multiple hats and challenge tech leads.
Candidate must come from a BA/Tech background.
Exposure to working with and contributing to audit requests.
Solid experience managing different types/levels of software projects, preferably in a banking or financial services enterprise environment.
Experience building dashboards in Power BI or a similar tool would be highly beneficial.
