Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker/Senior Support Worker to join our team in providing residential and day services to children and adults with medium to profound disability.
The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, behavioural therapists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists to deliver high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage in daily activities and routines of the service
* Provide dedicated direct support to the people we care for
* Contribute to their development, health, and wellbeing
Essential Requirements:
Candidates must hold a qualification at Level 7 or above in a relevant area, such as Social Care, Social Science, Psychology, Education, Youth & Community etc.
Full manual driving license with eligibility to drive in Ireland is also required.
