This position offers a unique opportunity to support one of our largest airline accounts, working closely with our Category Managers on retail programme strategy. You'll gain hands-on experience in executing, and tracking retail strategies, while contributing to the achievement of sales targets.Job RequirementsMust haveRecently graduated from a degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related fieldStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a teamGood planning and organisational skills with attention to detailA flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to tasksWorking knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office SuiteNice to havePrevious internship or work experience in a business, marketing, or project environmentExposure to or interest in aviation, travel, or retailFamiliarity with project coordination or supporting complex projectsJob ResponsibilitiesSupport in the design and delivery of retail projects, working closely with the Retail Director and teamAssist in setting up and maintaining the MPL (Master Price List), ensuring information is accurate and up to dateContribute to the creation of the inflight magazine, supporting with flat-plans, gathering marketing input, coordinating feedback, and liaising with suppliers, brand partners, and printersSupport the planning of photo shoots and help coordinate the approval process for onboard brochuresPrepare reporting on performance metrics, sales data, and insights for potential improvementsGather and summarise crew feedback, highlighting challenges and opportunitiesCollaborate with the crew engagement team to support the design of crew engagement initiatives, bringing in account insightsSupport procurement colleagues by identifying and tracking portfolio gapsHelp develop and document project standards, ensuring clarity for delivery in a retail environmentAssist with stakeholder communication during project delivery through to final handoverMaintain project documentation, updating tasks, milestones, and feedback recordsPrepare simple reports and summaries for managers and stakeholdersBuild positive working relationships with team members and partners across the businessJob BenefitsHybrid work (3 days a week in our Cherrywood Office).Flexitime.Free onsite lunch and health snacks options.27 days Annual Leave.Great work-life balance.Friendly, international team with a strong sense of fun.Exciting career opportunity in the global travel retail space.We are an equal opportunity employer.
