We’re growing our People function and seeking a Recruiter (ideally with construction/engineering recruitment experience) to help build high-performing project teams across Ireland, the UK, and internationally.
As Recruiter, you’ll own the end-to-end hiring process, from intake and sourcing to offers and onboarding, partnering closely with HR, project leadership, and directors.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers to define roles, success profiles, and interview plans.
* Proactively source scarce profiles (site engineers, HSSE, QS/commercial, planners, PMs, CAD/BIM, MEP).
* Run structured screening, coordinate interviews, and guide fair, fast decisions.
* Craft clear job adverts and outreach that reflect the Europlan tone and EVP.
* Manage candidate experience and keep stakeholders updated (SLAs, weekly trackers).
* Offer management: references/RTW checks, compensation alignment, and closing.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for near-term and future projects.
* Track metrics (time-to-respond, time-to-hire, source quality) and report monthly.
What We’re Looking For
* Recruiting experience (in-house or agency), construction/engineering sector exposure strongly preferred.
* Confident sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent pools, and targeted outreach.
* Solid interview & assessment skills, comfortable advising hiring managers.
* Clear communicator and strong copywriter (adverts, outreach, updates).
* Organised, data-aware, and proactive, able to juggle multiple requisitions.
* Familiar with RTW checks and GDPR best practice.
* Occasional travel to project sites (Ireland/UK).
