JOB DETAILS
The People Operations Executive supports the effective delivery of HR services, with a primary focus on HR operations including employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and HR systems. The role also contributes to talent and organisational development initiatives, while serving as a key point of contact for day-to-day HR queries. This is a hands-on, generalist role with strong opportunities for development across all areas of HR.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Recruitment & Talent
* Support the full recruitment cycle: screen applications, coordinate interviews and assessments, compile panel feedback, and manage candidate communications.
* Draft contracts and assist with job descriptions, assessment tools, and reference checks.
* Maintain the recruitment tracker on HRIS and ensure timely updates to internal systems and communications (e.g. starters, movers, leavers on Fount).
* Lead on assigned recruitment campaigns and support the Senior Talent Executive as needed.
HR Operations & Administration
* Manage new starter and leaver processes, including system checklists and onboarding coordination.
* Track key milestones such as probation, contract renewals, and performance reviews, ensuring timely follow-up.
* Draft HR letters, manage purchase orders and invoices, and support staff events and internal communications.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR system records, support data analysis and reporting.
* Oversee TY Programme
Learning & Development
* Administer training activities: schedule sessions, track attendance, manage materials, and liaise with trainers.
* Maintain L&D records and support the rollout and administration of the new Learning Management System (LMS).
* Assist in performance management cycles, collating data and issuing reminders.
Employee Relations & Wellbeing
* Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to ER and wellbeing.
* Liaise with external health and wellbeing partners and promote internal initiatives to support a positive work environment.

Qualifications
* Third-level qualification required
* HR qualification desirable
Experience & Knowledge
* 2+ years' experience in a HR generalist or admin role (preferred)
* Knowledge of core HR processes, systems, and compliance
* Experience in recruitment and L&D support
* Strong digital skills; confident with data and Excel
