HR Advisor (Maternity Leave) - Ballymoney - Terex
Terex is seeking an experienced and collaborative HR Advisor to join their Ballymoney facility on a fixed-term maternity cover. You will support site leadership and teams, delivering HR solutions that foster a high-performing, inclusive, and supportive work environment while driving engagement and aligning with business objectives.

What you'll be doing in this role:
Provide strategic and operational leadership of the HR function at the site.
Build strong, respectful relationships with site leaders, managers, and team members to support people-focused decision-making.
Lead on all employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with relevant legislation.
Drive inclusive talent acquisition and onboarding processes that support diversity and equity in hiring.
Champion employee engagement and development initiatives that foster a positive and collaborative culture.
Partner with leaders to support performance development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Guide the implementation of HR policies, ensuring they are inclusive, current, and clearly communicated.
Lead site-level HR reporting, analysis, and planning, providing insight to inform decisions.
What you'll need for this role:
A degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
CIPD membership (or working towards), or equivalent professional qualification. Significant HR generalist experience, including experience in a manufacturing or operational environment.
Knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law and best practice people management.
Experience working in partnership with leaders to deliver positive people outcomes.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
