Project Coordinator Job
The role of Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the redevelopment, refurbishment, and extension of an Art Gallery in Cork.
* This project involves significant changes to the building, including alterations, renovations, and repurposing of existing structures.
* The Project Coordinator will oversee internal reordering and layout adjustments, replacement of internal joinery, relocation of a 16th-century fireplace, upgrading stairs and steps, and creating new connections to the extension.
A strong technical capability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
Essential qualifications include a degree in Engineering or Architecture, or a Level 07 or higher award in a construction-related specialty, or membership of the Institute of Clerk of Works in Ireland with a Level 06 certificate or FETAC (QQI) Advanced Certificate in a recognized building trade.
