What you'll do:
* Prepare, cook & plate up delicious brunch dishes
* Help create our famously good pancakes
* Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and running smoothly
* Work in a fast-paced environment without loosing your cool
* Be part of a friendly kitchen team (who don't throw pans accross the kitchen)
What we're looking for:
* At least one year of experience in a kitchen environment
* Someone reliable and upbeat
* Good knowledge of HACCP principles
* A team player with common sense
