Job Overview
As a corporate lawyer, you will be working on a wide range of complex and high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Your key responsibilities include providing strategic legal advice to clients, collaborating with various practice groups, and assisting offices with corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide pragmatic and strategic legal advice to clients.
* Work closely with Corporate, Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions, Cross Border Transactions, Integrations, Reorganisations, and Capital Markets practice groups.
* Assist with drafting corporate documentation, large-scale due diligence projects, and acting as a country or regional coordinator on global transactions.
* Elevate project-specific issues to the management group or project partner as necessary.
* Develop strong working relationships with partners and lawyers in various practice groups.
Requirements:
* Hold a qualification as a solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England and Wales.
* Possess excellent academic credentials and demonstrable corporate experience.
* Be able to review, analyze, and organize documentary and factual evidence.
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be able to work effectively in a team and individually.
