Developing a strong leadership role, you will oversee the provision of therapeutic care and support to children and young people in a nurturing home environment.
The successful candidate will focus on ensuring compliance with standards of care and fostering good relations with all stakeholders. They will work collaboratively with senior management to support a group of home managers in delivering the highest standards of care and support, while ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance.
This challenging opportunity requires an experienced Social Care Professional who has:
* Minimum Level 7 qualification in Health and Social Care or related discipline
* 3 years' experience of operational management in a health & social care sector
* Experience of performance management
* Up to date knowledge of legislation surrounding residential childcare and safeguarding
* Experience of handling large quantities of data
* Experience of working with professional practitioners and / or commissioners
* Relevant Management Qualification
* Up to date knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Ability to deliver reports and meet deadlines
* Full driving license
