Role:
The Territory Manager will achieve sales and market share objectives by selling and demonstrating a new range of Ortho Surgical Devices to a specific customer base of hospitals across Territory.
Duties:
11. Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships
12. Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis
13. Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries
14. Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility
15. Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential
16. Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace
17. Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility
18. Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings
Products: Arthroscopy Surgical Solutions
Customers: Orthopaedic Surgeons, Theatre Staff and Procurement across the Territory (Private & HSE)
Experience:
19. 5 Years Plus Surgical Sales Experience
20. Full Clean Driving License
21. A Nursing (RGN) / Medical background (Desirable)
22. Specific experience with Arthroscopy Products essential
