Working closely with Project Managers and internal teams, you will be central to project delivery and quality assurance.Key responsibilities include:Managing GMP/GDP documentation control, quality, test and validation plans using online portalsPreparing and maintaining construction packs, installation files, and documentation for third-party inspectionsSupporting project kick-off, review, handover, and close-out meetings, including scheduling and recording actionsAssisting with CE Marking and ISO certification documentation for industrial refrigeration systems and structural steel welding quality systemsEnsuring records are established, maintained, tracked, and compliant with internal and external requirementsSupporting supplier and subcontractor evaluation, pre-qualification, and re-evaluation processesProviding documentation support to Service & Maintenance teams where requiredYou will work collaboratively across departments and engage directly with clients when required, with occasional site visits.What Skills You NeedTo be successful in this role, you will need:Proven experience in project administration and/or document control within regulated or technical environmentsStrong understanding of quality systems, compliance, and controlled documentationExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to work confidently with online documentation portals and internal systemsStrong communication skills and the ability to support multiple stakeholdersWhat's on OfferOffice-based role, 36.5 hours per weekWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, with early finish on FridaysOne-hour paid lunch break daily23 days annual leavePaid sick leavePension contributionWhat's NextIf you're interested in this exciting opportunity,apply nowor contact me (Patricia) for a confidential chat If this role isn't the perfect fit, but you're exploring similar positions, I'd still love to hear from you.
