We are seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.
About the Role
* Lead the development and lifecycle management of solutions that drive business value
* Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business objectives and functional needs
* Translate business needs into detailed user stories and technical specifications
* Maintain and refine a prioritized backlog in line with strategic priorities
* Identify potential blockers early and work with teams to resolve issues efficiently
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with stakeholders to validate and refine requirements
* Communicate project constraints and trade-offs transparently
* Present solution options and lead collaborative discussions to refine approaches
Agile Delivery & Execution
* Prioritize backlog items during Sprint Planning and support the team in defining sprint goals
* Serve as the lead analyst throughout development, QA, and deployment phases-providing clarifications and resolving issues
Data Governance & Continuous Improvement
* Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes to inform prioritization
* Recommend and implement improvements in data management processes based on analytical findings
Required Qualifications
* A strong background in data analysis or business systems analysis within complex environments
* Experience with regulatory projects and excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
* Adept at critically assessing business needs and independently forming and translating solutions into technical requirements
