Job Title: Nationwide Facilities and Property Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nationwide Facilities and Property Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities across the country.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, with experience in maintaining large-scale properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, while also collaborating with store and warehouse managers to ensure efficient maintenance.
In this role, you will manage a team of facilities staff and oversee outsourced work, including routine maintenance, repairs, and contract management. You will also be responsible for planning and supervising facilities-related projects, including building improvements and renovations.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work standards and demands.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* 3 years' experience in facilities management
