We are currently working on a number of high-profile commercial developments across both locations.The RoleRASCOR is expanding and we're looking for Quantity Surveyors at all levels — from recent graduates to experienced professionals. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, contribute to exciting construction projects, and develop your commercial expertise.You'll be involved in the full commercial lifecycle — from tendering and procurement to cost control, valuations, and final accounts — helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist or lead on pre- and post-contract commercial management across projects.Prepare, submit, and agree interim applications and final accounts.Manage our payments, and variations.Maintain cost reports, cashflow forecasts, and risk/opportunity registers.Support tenders, take-offs, and pricing.Liaise closely with project managers, site teams, clients, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, and health & safety requirements.What You'll BringWe're open to candidates at different stages of their QS career.
