Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office. You will be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing support to managers and employees.Key Responsibilities:Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondenceOrganize and schedule appointmentsMaintain filing systems (physical and digital) and update recordsPrepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documentsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsOrder office supplies and maintain inventory levelsWelcome visitors and provide general support to clients and staffEnsure the office operates smoothly on a daily basisMaintain confidentiality of sensitive informationQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentProven administrative or office assistant experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work independentlyAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsProfessional demeanor and strong interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with office management software (e.g., SMBO, QuickBooks, CRM systems)Work Environment:Office-based roleStandard business hours, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pmJob Type: Full-timePay: €25,000.00-€28,500.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
