Sous Chef Responsibilities

Sous Chef Requirements
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a busy hotel kitchen, preferably 4 or 5-star rated.
* Demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized under pressure.
* Exhibit excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
* Show flexibility to adapt to varying shift schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
