Senior Procurement Specialist
Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Procurement Specialist to oversee the delivery of civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, leading tender applications, and ensuring all team members and subcontractors meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the procurement process from tendering to contract award and execution.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
* Oversee the compilation of tender packages, lead tender applications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
* Lead multiple contracts and frameworks simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery of works on-site and from head office.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in procurement management within the civil engineering or construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of the tendering process and associated documentation.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
