Google's New Business Sales team focuses on engaging and obtaining high potential advertisers, and subsequently, persuading them to incorporate Google's range of marketing products (e.g., You Tube, Google Ads, and the Google Display Network) into their current marketing strategies.
Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities.

Responsibilities Manage the whole business cycle for new business acquisition from early stages to customer closing and relationship management for 6 months after closure to ensure customer satisfaction, performance, and opportunity promotion.
Prospect and build a pipeline of new business by identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in partnership with the sales development, on-boarding, agency, and marketing teams.
Acquire business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and managing relationships.
Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Google's marketing solutions (i.e., You Tube, Google Search, Google Shopping, and App campaigns).
Design marketing strategies leveraging product knowledge to drive long- term success for customers.
