Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the end-to-end collaborations accounting, reporting, and forecasting processes.
2. Review new collaboration/alliance agreements and manage related financial activities, including accounting, reporting, payments related to milestones, cost sharing, royalties, and contractual rights and obligations.
3. Produce management reports and business insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with teams such as Alliance Management, Corporate Development, FP&A, and other internal/external partners.
5. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to optimize collaborations accounting operations.
6. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering inclusion and diversity of thought.
7. Coordinate and manage internal and external audits and reviews.
8. Support other company initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
* BA/BS degree with extensive relevant experience.
* Experience in team development and management.
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
* Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with systems like Alliant, Oracle/SAP, Hyperion is preferred.
* CA or MBA with operational experience in collaboration and alliance arrangements is preferred.
* Experience in the Life Sciences industry is a plus.
