Construction Operations Manager Role
A seasoned construction operations manager with expertise in site administration is required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
2. Establish and manage project document repositories using SharePoint.
3. Collaborate with the quantity surveyor on project tasks.
5. Assist with project management, including office coordination.
6. Handle procurement, including RFQs and tracking.
7. Utilize construction management systems like Procore.
8. Manage document control, including reviews and updates.
9. Work with construction drawings and project files.
10. Support health and safety administration on sites.
Required Skills: Strong administrative background in construction, effective communication and organizational skills, ability to work between office and site environments, proficiency in construction software systems.
