About the Role We are seeking compassionate and caring Healthcare Assistants to join our team.
In this role, you will assist residents with their activities of daily living while promoting independence, dignity, and mobility within our nursing home setting.
You will deliver a high standard of person-centred care, maintain confidentiality, and carry out any other duties as directed by clinical management.
Experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
Support residents to maintain independence and mobility.
Deliver person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
Ensure residents dignity, privacy, and confidentiality are respected at all times.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
Follow infection control, health, and safety guidelines.
Carry out additional duties as directed by clinical management.
Requirements QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or Healthcare Support (preferred).
Previous healthcare experience (1 year preferred).
Valid driving licence (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
