About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused
Sales Administrator
to support our commercial team in a fast-paced tech environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, delivering excellent customer service, and helping the sales team meet its revenue targets. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Support & Coordination
* Manage and process incoming sales orders, quotations, renewals, and contract documentation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline summaries for management.
* Track and follow up on open opportunities, renewals, and outstanding documentation.
* Customer Service
* Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries, product information requests, and order status updates.
* Support account managers with customer onboarding, invoicing queries, and contract administration.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Technical Support, Operations, Legal) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
* Administrative & Operational Tasks
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, GDPR requirements, and customer data handling.
* Support tender submissions, proposal formatting, and documentation preparation.
* Assist with organising sales meetings, demos, events, and marketing campaigns.
* Maintain internal sales files, templates, and knowledge bases.
Skills & Experience Required
* 2+ years' experience
in a Sales Administration, Customer Support, or similar administrative role. Experience in the
technology or SaaS sector
is a strong advantage.
* Strong
organisation and multitasking skills
with high attention to detail.
* Proficiency in CRM and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, MS Office, Google Workspace).
* Excellent
written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
* Understanding of
Irish/EU business practices

Qualifications
* Diploma or degree in Business, Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Additional CRM certifications (Salesforce, Dynamics) are a plus.
