We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues in retail stores, regional teams, and the Musgrave L&D team to design, implement, and review people plans for each store from an L&D perspective. This role requires a strong coaching and facilitation skillset, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training and Advice: Provide relevant and tailored training and advice to Regional Managers and Retail Partners, influencing and coaching Store owners where appropriate.
* Customer Service Training: Coordinate and deliver on-site Customer Service Training with retail teams.
* Leadership and Management Training: Provide advice to Owners and Managers on tools and techniques to exceed customer expectations and develop their business through their people.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in presenting to large groups. Minimum 2 years of experience in a training-related role is required, with previous experience in a Learning and Development focused role being advantageous.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about great customer experiences and has a keen interest in working in the retail sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing service levels for the region, providing regional performance reporting, and supporting the implementation and rollout of our New Digital Learning Platform.
Requirements:
* Coaching and Facilitation Skills: Strong coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
* Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in presenting to large groups.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a training-related role.
* Qualifications: Certification in Training or Coaching or an IITD qualification is desirable.
