Site Agent
for a large-scale civil engineering Project in the Dublin Area.
You will be responsible for managing specific project packages, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Duties:
* Assist Project Manager in for the successful delivery of the project.
* Oversee daily site operations and manage specific work packages.
* Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised.
* Assist Project Manager in for the successful delivery of the project.
* Coordinate the works with foreman, site engineers and subcontractors.
* Deliver the project to the specified quality without defects.
* Ensure production and implementation of programmes, RAMS, Method statements, ITPs in line with company procedures.
* Lead daily white board meetings.
* Assist with planning, procurement and liaising with the procurement dept.
* Production of monthly progress reports, and present to senior management and client.
Essential Competency:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in Site Agent position on an infrastructure project.
* A third level qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management essential.
* Experience working with a main contractor or subcontractor.
* Good understanding of Irish Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
* Excellent communication, people and team management skills.
* Ability to lead the team to ensure the culture is in line with our Company values.
* Must have experience in structural works and earthworks.
