Operations Director
We're seeking a proactive and hands-on Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day running of our busy practice.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations/management with strong commercial acumen. A professional services background (accountancy, legal, consulting, or similar) is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the management of our practice, from meetings to action follow-through.
2. Own IT systems and suppliers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth rollouts.
3. Streamline processes across billing, filing, accounts payable, scheduling, and reporting.
4. Manage and mentor a small operations/admin team.
5. Take charge of Partner schedules, resolving conflicts and maximising efficiency.
6. Run HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, admin, and staff engagement.
7. Support managers with performance, change, and people development.
8. Oversee facilities, suppliers, and office inventory.
9. Keep our website and social channels up to date.
10. Deliver special projects - from process redesigns to compliance initiatives.
