About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities
Customer Service - delivering an exceptional customer experience, helping them find the perfect product and complete their purchase at the till
Brand Bra Experience - providing brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on their size and suitable styles
Visual Merchandising - owning the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find the products they need
Store Standards - maintaining store standards, front and back, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, supporting loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures
Qualifications
Passion for retail - keen on front or back of house retail, creating a unique customer experience
Love the customer - keen to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge, and to take part in learning programmes
Relationships that count - willing to develop valued relationships with team and customers
Team Player - flexible, supportive, and contribute to a positive working environment
Fast is fun - able to work in a busy environment and adapt to completing tasks throughout the day
