Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Deliver an exceptional customer experience, act as a true ambassador for L'Oréal's brands and implement a dynamic contact strategy blending face-to-face and virtual meetings.
Strategic Business Planning: Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, set ambitious targets for revenue, market share, gross booking profit and craft innovative trade marketing strategies.
Growth Business Plan (GBP) Development: Drive growth by conducting insightful client needs assessments and business reviews, identify opportunities for New Product Development (NPD) and new business avenues across your territory.
Data Analysis & Forecasting: Accurately forecast territory turnover and build robust risk mitigation plans to address any potential shortfalls against targets.
GBP Implementation & Communication: Work seamlessly with the Activation counterpart to ensure effective communication and flawless implementation of Growth Business Plans with clients and internal teams.
Budget Oversight: Meticulously manage the budget for your account portfolio, including sales forecasting, negotiation, promotional budgets and sell-out budgets.
Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead annual negotiations with key accounts, develop clear action plans and monitor their execution and progress.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Maintain a deep and current understanding of your accounts and the broader competitive landscape.
Who You Are
We are looking for a commercially astute and highly motivated individual ready to make their mark.
A strong commercial background with a proven track record of success in sales or account management.
Demonstrable experience working effectively in a hybrid environment, utilizing online technology to connect, network and build relationships with clients.
Exceptional commercial acumen and outstanding negotiation skills that deliver mutual benefit.
A consistent history of achieving and exceeding multiple targets.
A powerful drive and determination to achieve outstanding results.
A genuine growth mindset, continuously seeking new solutions and embracing innovation.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, adept at building strong relationships both virtually and in-person.
A solutions-oriented mindset, capable of working accurately and at pace, even when faced with ambiguity.
The ability to analyse complex data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly and effectively.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the flexibility to re-prioritise and adapt to meet deadlines as required.
A keen ability to gauge risk and build effective contingency plans into your strategies.
